Privacy policy
Last updated September 26, 2026. This policy covers tallyspins.com. It is written for Canada's private-sector privacy law, PIPEDA, and it is short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
TallySpins is an independent editorial site about slot demos. Questions about this policy go to hello@tallyspins.com. We answer within 30 days.
What is recorded when you visit
- Server logs kept by our host, Cloudflare: IP address, browser type (user agent), the page requested and the time. They exist to keep the site running and to block abuse.
- Search statistics from Google Search Console: the searches that showed our pages, clicks and positions. Google reports these in aggregate; they do not identify you to us.
- Nothing else. We set no cookies of our own, run no analytics or advertising scripts, have no accounts, forms or newsletter, and do not build profiles of visitors.
Links to casinos and provider demos
Links to casinos pass through /go/ on our domain and send you on to the operator. We read your approximate province from the connection only to decide where that link goes: some operators do not serve Ontario and other provinces, and in those cases the link opens our page about provincial limits instead. We do not store it.
Free demos load from the game provider's servers only when you press play. The provider may set its own cookies inside the demo window; its privacy policy applies there. Once you are on a casino's site, the casino's privacy policy applies.
Retention and safeguards
Host logs are kept by Cloudflare for its standard period and are not copied elsewhere. Search Console data stays in Google's service for 16 months. Access is limited to the site's editor.
Your rights
You can ask what information about you we hold, ask for a correction, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@tallyspins.com. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
